Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Orders placed from 3 November 2026 may be returned until 11 January 2027.

How to return

To cancel your purchase, email us at hello@kyototango.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, before the return period ends. You may also use the model cancellation form included in our Terms and Conditions, or any other clear statement. We will confirm receipt and send you the return address.

Please send the item(s) back within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel.

Return shipping

The cost of sending the item(s) back to us is paid by the customer. For returns from outside the EU, any customs or handling fees are also paid by the customer.

Condition of returned items

You may handle the item as you would in a shop to examine it. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to examine the item. Please return the item in its original packaging to protect it in transit.

Refunds

We refund the full price of the returned item(s) and the original standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after you tell us that you wish to cancel. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the cost of standard delivery only. We may wait to refund you until we have received the item(s) or you have shown proof of sending them, whichever comes first.

The refund is made to your original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise, at no cost to you.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty, you are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery, and we cover the return shipping. Contact us at hello@kyototango.com with your order number, photos and a short description. See also Repair & Maintenance.
