Returns

We are happy to offer a return, exchange, or refund on any purchase, provided the item is returned in its original condition.

Return window

You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Free returns (EU/Denmark)

We offer free returns for orders delivered within Denmark and the European Union. We will provide you with a return label and instructions once your return request has been approved.

Returns outside the EU (customer-paid return shipping)

For returns from countries outside the European Union, we still offer a 90-day return window, but return shipping and any handling/customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before sending a return from outside the EU so we can guide you on the correct return process and documentation.

Condition of returned items

All items must be returned:

  • in original condition (unused and undamaged), and

  • with any original packaging and included materials.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping fees (if any were paid) are not refundable, except where required by law.
