Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days upon receipt. All orders placed from November 3rd, will have extended return and/or exchange until January 11th, 2027. We kindly ask you to return all items in their original packaging, unworn and in the same condition as when received.

Return window

You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Free returns (EU/Denmark)

We offer free returns for orders delivered within Denmark and the European Union. We will provide you with a return label and instructions once your return request has been approved.

Returns outside the EU (customer-paid return shipping)

For returns from countries outside the European Union, return shipping and any handling/customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before sending a return from outside the EU, so we can guide you on the correct return process and documentation.

Condition of returned items

All items must be returned in original condition (unused and undamaged), and with original packaging and included materials.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping fees (if any were paid) are not refundable.
