All orders are shipped with GLS, DAO or UPS. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery with UPS to ensure the highest level of security.

Orders travelling outside the EU may meet customs fees and duties on arrival. Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility — beyond our reach once a parcel crosses borders. Check with your local customs office before ordering, and keep your tax/VAT ID handy in case the carrier asks.
